Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payments for a Singular session can be made either after the session by cash or by credit/debit card or in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. If you wish to purchase a monthly pass after the introductory session, payment can be made by card or cash. You can also secure your slots by adnavce payment via bank transfer (contact me for bank details) or simply clicking the PayPal buttons that say click here to book via PayPal and contact me which dates and hours you wish to secure. If you wish to purchase any of the packages payments are to be made in advance.
Cancelling a singular session must be done outside of 24 hours, cancellations within 24 hours are fully chargeable. You can reschedule a singular session once, but the cancellation or secondary rescheduling of the rescheduled session will be fully charged regardless of the notice period.
Cancelled sessions after purchasing any of the monthly passes and packages are fully chargeable. Rescheduling a session is possible once, but the cancellation or secondary rescheduling of the rescheduled session will be fully charged. Cancellation of a monthly pass is fully chargeable.
Fees for monthly passes and packages are non-refundable and must be paid in advance and be used up within the due month of the payment date. Although the purchased passes and package are non-refundable, there are transferrable.
